Account Creation: You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account.

Account Security: You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access

Account Termination: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Service usage is subject to limits based on your subscription tier:

• Paid Tiers: Higher quotas and additional features as specified
• Overages: Additional usage may incur charges or require tier upgrade

We reserve the right to modify quotas and pricing with 30 days' notice.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract AI models
• Use the service for illegal purposes or to violate third-party rights
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Interfere with service operations or security measures
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service without authorization
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the service excessively

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to reports, data, and content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.

Our Technology: Smart 8D AI owns all rights to:

• The platform, interface, and software
• AI analysis algorithms and logic
• Trademarks, logos, and branding
• Aggregated, anonymized insights derived from usage data

AI-Generated Analysis: Analysis results generated by our AI are provided for your use but remain our intellectual property. You may use analysis results for your internal quality processes.

No Guarantee of Accuracy: AI analysis is provided for assistance only. Results may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.

Professional Judgment Required: You are responsible for:

• Reviewing and validating all AI-generated analysis
• Making final decisions based on your expertise and context
• Ensuring compliance with applicable quality standards and regulations

No Liability for Decisions: We are not liable for any decisions, actions, or consequences resulting from use of AI analysis.

Subscription Fees: Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

Refunds: Refunds are provided only as required by law or at our discretion for service failures.

Price Changes: We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
• Modify features, APIs, or functionality
• Discontinue features that are no longer viable

We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or downtime.
